These terms cover your use of this website, run by Alcazar Systems. By using it, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
They cover the website only. The Alcazar desktop app will come with its own licence agreement and terms of sale, which you will see before you buy.
The product described here
Alcazar is still being built. What this site shows, including its features, plans and prices, describes the product as we intend it and may change before or after launch. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, and nothing here is professional, legal or security advice.
Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it. You agree not to:
- break or get around its security, or try to reach parts of it not meant for the public
- overload it, or scrape it in bulk with automated tools
- send us anything unlawful, harmful or false through the contact form
- pretend to be us, or suggest we endorse you
What is ours
The name Alcazar AI, our mark, and the site's text, artwork, ASCII animations and video belong to us. You may not copy, adapt or reuse them beyond what the law allows without our written permission.
Other names and sources
ATAK and the other product names on this site belong to their owners. We name them to say what Alcazar works with; it does not mean they endorse us.
The globe on the home page is drawn from open data, credited under the © on it: map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License. Links to other sites are for your convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be either. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on what it says.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Portugal, and its courts settle any dispute about them. If you live elsewhere in the European Union, you keep the protection of your own country's consumer law and may bring a claim there.
